I work as a clinical naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist on the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula, online and in Adelaide. I have a Bachelor of Health Science and utilise dietary medications, lifestyle practices, nutrient therapy and herbal medicine to promote wellbeing and longevity. I love to work with clients of all ages and ranges of concerns, I am particularly interested in immune health, metabolic disease, autoimmunity, mental health, fertility, preconception care and endocrine conditions. 

I practice in person in Port Lincoln, Streaky Bay and Adelaide each month, and am available online via zoom
